Users can make and receive calls directly from their Bigin app using its built-in telephony. They can also view open deals associated with a contact and add follow-up activities like tasks, events, and upcoming calls, as well as notes for that contact—all from the call screen. If integrated with Zoho Voice or RingCentral, the Bigin app will redirect users to the respective platform when the call is made.

With the Outlook Add-in, you can easily manage your Bigin records right from Outlook. You can view and add records, update contact details, create new records or activities, and add or edit notes—all without leaving Outlook.

Users can export customer contacts from the Bigin mobile app to their devices, allowing them to contact their customers even from remote areas without an internet connection.
